1. Service Commitment

At The RMI Global, we strive for zero-defect delivery in all our BPO and technical consulting services. We work closely with our clients to ensure all deliverables meet the agreed-upon technical specifications.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis and are typically linked to specific project milestones. Eligibility for a refund arises if:

  • The delivered service fails to meet the documented technical requirements.
  • Major milestones are missed due to circumstances within the control of The RMI Global.
  • A service is cancelled within the initial discovery phase (subject to discovery fees).

3. Process for Claims

To initiate a service audit or refund request, please contact your Account Executive within 14 days of the milestone delivery date. We will perform a technical review and provide a resolution within 10 business days.

4. Non-Refundable Items

Completed projects that have been signed off by the client, third-party licensing fees, and expedited delivery charges are generally non-refundable.
