1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the services provided by The RMI Global, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must cease use of our platform and services immediately.
2. Service Provision
The RMI Global provides high-fidelity BPO and technical consulting services. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of our service ecosystem with appropriate notice to existing contract holders.
3. Intellectual Property
All code, designs, and technical frameworks developed during the course of service delivery remain the property of The RMI Global unless explicitly transferred via a separate legal agreement.
4. Limitation of Liability
The RMI Global shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, provided that such services were delivered according to the agreed-upon technical specifications.
5. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which The RMI Global is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles.
